Frida was born and raised in Malmo, Sweden, but left at an early age to pursue a modeling career which brought her to the catwalks of Paris, New York and Milan.
At the age of 21, she got accepted into the prestige Central School of Speech and Drama in London and decided to end her career in modeling for this new exciting adventure.
After graduating, Frida spent 3 years working for different theatre companies in London.
At age 24 Frida also started her own theatre company and produced plays in London for several years.
Frida moved to LA in 2006 where she worked extensively in Film and Television.
In 2010, she started her own film company,
Development Hell Pictures.
Frida and her production partner, Glynn Turner, produced six short films, one web series and one feature film "Apartment 407".
Development Hell Pictures has been honored worldwide with over 20 awards and more than 40 nominations for best feature film / best short film / best web series.
